Orders & Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) — Free on all orders $19.99 and up. $8.00 for orders under $19.99.
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) — $15.00 on all orders.

International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe please contact us at support@kleansip.com and we will make it right.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KleanSip™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
